Advisory Services

With respect to the domain of human resources, our organization can make available to the beneficiaries, using specialized personnel, the following packages of services:

3. "Extra" Package

 

1. The standard package comprises the following services:

• performs an in-depth verification of the personnel documentation and files in order to identify all the existent deficiencies from a legal and organizational point of view;
• issues a press release to the management of the beneficiary’s organization, in which are specified the possible ascertained deficiencies;
• offers advisory services and takes part, though its specialized personnel, to the employment interviews, at the beneficiary’s request;
• offers advisory services and performs the necessary formalities in order to obtain the certificate for the maintenance and completion of the workman’s pass by the beneficiary;
• performs the necessary formalities for personnel employment: request of deeds, preparation of labour agreements, issuance of reports etc.;
• registers the individual labour agreements concluded by the beneficiary with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate;
• fills in the General Registry of Employees to date;
• draws up and registers with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate the appendixes to the individual labour agreements;
• submits in due time to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate the payrolls and the related commission statement;
• provides advisory services for the research and retribution of breaches of discipline, in conformity with the provisions of Law 53/2003 with all the subsequent amendments and supplements;
• provides advisory services for the implementation of the provisions of Law no. 202 / 2002 – regarding equal opportunities between women and men;
• provides advisory services for the implementation of the provisions of Law no. 130 / 1999 regarding some protection measures of the employees;
• provides advisory services for the observance and implementation of the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 96 / 2003 – regarding the protection of motherhood at the places of work;
• provides advisory services for the enforcement and implementation of the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 148 / 2005 – regarding family support with the view of child breeding;
• provides support and advisory services for the settlement of labour conflicts in conformity with the provisions of the Collective Labour Agreement and the provisions of Law no. 168 / 1999 – regarding the settlement of labour conflicts;
• collaborates with the competent persons within the beneficiary’s organization and provides advisory services for the preparation of the employees’ job descriptions;
• prepares seniority vouchers for the employees with part time individual labour agreements with and for those who did not have a workman’s pass before;
• performs the necessary formalities on the termination of the labour agreements and closes the workman’s passes with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate;
• provides advisory services for the preparation of timesheets;
• provides advisory services in order to prepare the Internal Regulation and the Collective Labour Agreement;
• registers with the Directorates for Labour, Social Solidarity and Family the beneficiary’s Collective Labour Agreement;
• for the controls performed to the beneficiary by the authorized institutions, it assures the presence of a specialized person within the organization, who will provide the necessary relations;
• assures the presence of a representative at the beneficiary’s headquarters or his lucrative facilities whenever necessary.

2. The "Plus" package comprises the following in addition to the standard services offered:

• performs an in-depth verification of the way in which the payrolls and the related tax returns are prepared and if they have been submitted within the legal terms;
• it also verifies the existence of the Collective Labour Agreement, Internal Regulation, jos descriptions, General Registry of Employees and collective timesheets which must be in conformity with the legal provisions;
• elaborates the payrolls and related tax returns for the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights, Health Insurance Funs and the National Agency for the Occupation of Manpower
• submits to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights, Health Insurance Funs and the National Agency for the Occupation of Manpower the tax returns resulted following the preparation of payrolls, in compliance with the legal submission term.

3. The "Extra" package comprises the following in addition to the "Plus" package:

• If the beneficiary wishes to employ persons outside the Romanian territory, the procedures for the procurement of the work permits shall be performed, in conformity with the provisions of Law no. 203 / 1999
