Implementation of a Labour Safety and Health Management System

The legislation related to labour safety and health based on Law 319/2006, stipulated the implementation of a labour safety and health management system for all the employers.

The implementation of a labour safety and health management system in accordance with the Romanian standards OHSAS 18001 and 180002 is a subject that has to be taken into consideration by all small or big size organizations.
